My key area of expertise is business coaching, talent management, and organization development, with a passion for working globally.
With over 15 years of professional experience in HR and career management, I partner with my clients who range from mid-career to executive professionals to achieve career success, nationally and internationally. I combine my experience as a human resource manager and career coach, built since 2005.
I Graduated in Organisational Psychology at La Sapienza University in 2005. Upon graduation for the following 10 years, I had been involved in many business projects working as internal HR for leading companies in the pharmaceutical, dermo-cosmetic, and automotive industries, allowing me to travel to over 30 countries and sourcing me with knowledge and understanding of corporate environment worldwide.
Passionate about bringing the benefits of a coaching approach into organizational settings, I received my first certification at New York University in 2007 in Executive & Organisational Coaching. In 2022 I obtained the certification in Art & Science of Coaching from Erikson International and the following year my certification as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). These studies allowed me to achieve the best practice and effective tools to ease private and business clients toward their goals, free themself from unconscious blocks, unlock their potential, and achieve great results.
I’m very interested in being able to support professional people with objective skills assessment – soft skills, leadership, and sales – which is why I am also a PAPI (Personality and Preference Inventory)Test certified assessor since 2012.
I’m an advocate of sustainable and constant growth of the self, and I strongly believe everyone has their own talent and, in order to develop it, they need a safe space to cultivate, learn and focus.
As an Italian I’ve lived abroad for the majority of my education and career, allowing me to integrate an international mindset into my expertise.
I speak fluently Italian, English, and French.
